Print PageAllyn Z. Lite published the 2008 edition of his authoritative book, New Jersey Federal Civil Practice Rules (Gann 2008). The book is frequently cited by judges and practitioners in New Jersey federal courts.
Allyn Z. Lite and Bruce D. Greenberg authored the annual update to the "Class Actions" chapter of New Jersey Federal Civil Procedure (NJLJ Books 1999, and annual supplements). They wrote the original chapter for that book and have updated it each year.
Bruce D. Greenberg wrote the "Supreme Court review" chapter of New Jersey Appellate Practice Handbook (New Jersey ICLE 2008 ed.). Mr. Greenberg wrote that chapter for earlier editions of the Handbook as well.
