JENNIFER SARNELLI concentrates her practice in class action litigation and other complex litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sarnelli was an associate at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A., where she handled class action litigation. Ms. Sarnelli was the primary associate managing the firm's consumer class action matters. In that position, Ms. Sarnelli also had the opportunity to second chair two cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court. Later, Ms. Sarnelli was a Senior Project Manager at Kinsella-Novak Communications in Washington, DC, where she managed class action notice programs.
While attending college, Ms. Sarnelli interned at the White House, working for then-First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton. She later studied at the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University. Ms. Sarnelli then worked for the New Jersey General Assembly for five years focusing on the areas of Labor, Education and Health policy. During that time, she attended law school in the evening, and was named Comments Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and Vice President of the Intellectual Property Law Association. Ms. Sarnelli also participated in the Impact Litigation clinic where she briefed and argued King v. Commissioner and New York City Police Dep't, 60 Fed. Appx. 873, 2003 WL 1343011 (2d Cir. March 19, 2003), gaining a partial victory for her client. Ms. Sarnelli graduated in the top ten of her class and received an award for having the highest GPA in Seton Hall's division of Phi Alpha Delta.
