MAYLING C. BLANCO practices in commercial litigation, class action, municipal tort liability defense, and police-related state and federal civil rights defense. Before joining the firm, Ms. Blanco clerked for Judge Mathias E. Rodriguez, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, in Middlesex County from 2006-2007. Previously, she was a staff worker at the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice, Immigration and Human Rights Clinic where she assisted in representing asylum seekers and others before the Immigration Court.
Ms. Blanco is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, and the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey.
