Jay T. Baitner concentrates his practice on elder and healthcare law, commercial litigation, municipal tort liability defense, and police-related state and federal civil rights defense. Before joining the firm, Mr. Baitner was an associate at another New Jersey law firm, where he practiced in the areas of commercial litigation and real estate. Mr. Baitner is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association – Young Lawyer’s Division.
