Appellate Practice

Lite DePalma Greenberg & Rivas attorneys have handled numerous appeals, in both the federal and state courts. The firm has argued cases in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and New Jersey's Appellate Division, and has briefed cases in the United States Supreme Court.
